LAWSUIT SUMMARY
VISA and MasterCard, both individually and in collaboration with their respective member banks, violated US antitrust laws by charging merchants excessive fees for accepting VISA and MasterCard in the purchase of goods and services from January 1st, 2004, thru January 25th, 2019.
“For a comprehensive understanding of the Settlement's terms, individuals are encouraged to review the Superseding and Amended Definitive Class Settlement Agreement of Rule 23(b)(3) Class Plaintiffs and the Defendants and its Appendices (the "Class Settlement Agreement"), available. "I contacted an IT Company in Scottsdale, AZ., Maricopa County to see if they were aware of the Antitrust, Class Action Lawsuit and to ask if they have ever had a forensic audit done on their merchant account. After explaining what we do and how we do it, their initial response was "our merchant account provider also enables us to pay using the Virtual check/ACH method. So, I believe we're good there". I let them know that actually the Virtual check/ACH really has nothing to do with this and asked if they would give me the opportunity to set up a call with the person in charge so we could address any questions and/or issues. They agreed to the call and during the call agreed to the audit. Upon completion of the audit, we are now saving them $3,000 per month! We are also helping them with the Antitrust Class action lawsuit. They were shocked! And needless to say, they were extremely surprised and happy!"

“The owners of a Model Railroad Hobby Shop in Florida I approached were skeptical that they could save money on their merchant fees without changing processors. They were also concerned about the integration to their accounting system getting messed up. The only way they had been able to save money in the past was to change processors and that was a temporary solution because within a year they were paying as much or more than they were before changing. Their forensic audit showed them saving $400 a month. 6 months later they are very happy they’re saving over$400 a month. Their savings will continue forever, and there was absolutely no change to their accounting system. Just as promised…
Like most business owners, until I told them, they were unaware of this settlement and their eligibility. They filed their claim.”
